We visited this amazing restaurant on a short stay whilst visiting Stroud and what a find,absolutely one of the best Indian restaurants I have been in.The first thing was the decor and furniture it's looks very nice, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble, the Manager Ayman is very good at his job and extremely welcoming,giving great advice about the dishes on offer, explaining the ingredients. Great service plays a big part in the overall experience. The food is exceptional and cooked by someone that knows his trade. I highly recommend this place.
BLOODY BEAUTIFUL! The food is absolutely gorgeous, best Indian I’ve ever had hands down! It’s creamy but not too rich and sickly. The flavours are impeccable and presentation is good. We had the Chicken Kurma and the Chicken Tikka Masala Staff inside are very professional and polite, with quick service! Mr Jay our sever was wonderful, friendly, funny and nothing was too much for him. Should definitely get a pay raise! Will definitely be returning for the sit in again. Highly recommend!
Considering the restaurant was nearly fully booked, constant stream of people coming in to collect orders for takeaway, being extremely short staffed (two waiters for the whole restaurant and down a delivery driver) we were served with polite, professional and courteous staff. Our food was delicious and when we couldn't finish, it was packed up nicely to take home. Many many thanks to Ayman who was an absolute pleasure to meet and witness thrive in his role despite obviously having to work at a demanding pace.
Banquet nights are fantastic value. Great food, polite staff. We often call in on a Sunday after going to the cinema. We love it !
I visited on a Sunday evening and so was able to take advantage of the special offer for 14.95 - starter, main, side, plus rice/naan (also available on Wednesdays). The quality of the food was excellent, so I can highly recommend this place. Total bill for the meal and a pint of beer was just 20 (plus a tip) so it's a bargain!
Really delighted to find this place! Popped in for a quick bite for lunch yesterday, just as they were opening, and we will definitely go back when we have more time to enjoy the delicious food on offer here! Close your eyes & your taste buds tells you you are in India! Fabulous!

Love this place - amazing food, large portions and great service every time I've been, just really friendly. Some really good veggie options whether you prefer mild or spicy, and also whenever I've been in to order takeaway it's been ready pretty fast (and there's a comfy bench to sit while you wait). Best Indian place in Stroud!
